about 1 hour In May every year, you can go for a stroll amongst lilacs and other beautiful flowers in the old picturesque medieval city of Lund. The pictures at this page shows were to go and illustrates what it can look like when the blossom is as most lovely.

This stroll passes through one of the most beautiful promenades in the old city of Lund, from the park Lundagård Lundagård to the building called the old Bishop's house . See the map at the right side.

The Tegnér Place Place, the statue of Esaias Tegner, who was a famous poet and bishop. He was professor in Greek at Lund University, and lived in Lund 1813-1826.	This building is called the King's house .

Palaestra et Odeum is a bulding that belongs to the university. It is Greek meening gymnastic hall (palestra) and music room (odeum).

This beutiful building once was the hospital surgery clinic .
This building is called the old Bishop's house . Today, it belongs to the university and is used for conferences and representations.
